The star was ushered through a VIP entrance at Sydney Airport and didn't speak to fans as he left. Efron, who was sporting a beard, spent three days Down Under promoting his new movie, Charlie St. Coud. He also cheered up poorly youngsters with a private one-hour visit to Sydney Children's Hospital.
