Zac Efron makes girls melt. His sweet dance moves and good looks make guys jealous. However his sweet boyish smile did nothing for the Santa Monica police.
On Wednesday afternoon, the star of “High School Musical”, was cited a traffic ticket for making an illegal left turn at a red light. He was leaving Fred Segal store in West Hollywood-a store he loves to frequent.
At first the police immediately recognized the teenage heart throb. Still, the police wrote him a ticket. Though embarrassed, Zac was as cool as his character in “17 again”.
He calmly chatted with the police and accepted his traffic ticket. For a 22 year old, he acted pretty mature. Some stuck up teenage actors can learn a lesson from his coolness.
Although it’s not stated exactly how much the ticket was, the average price of a ticket is 400 dollars. Zack didn’t seem to mind, and drove off calmly in his noticably sleek and stylish black car.
The night before getting a ticket, he was presenting to award to Kenny Ortega (the “High School Musical” director) for his donations to charity. Kenny Ortega has been heavily involved in St. Jude’s Hospital “Estrellas Por La Vida”.
